Currently known issues in Emacs.app.

- Terminal mode doesn't work on OS X PPC.
- Exec-dump not working on GNUstep (so slow startup).
- Ctrl-g not picked up in all situations [try experimental option in 'compile'].
- Multi-TTY input incorrectly handled in mixed TTY / GUI sessions.
